If Toshi ran from the orphanage together with Sho and Shinji, how does that orphanage later know where to find Toshi / how to contact him??? Him never actually having left the orphanage is not a possibility, because he asked Shinji if they could buy a house now, when they stole that thug's money. So I take it he was living on the street together

Yeah, he said something about writing a novel, but no one knows what the novel will be about. I actually doubt that it'll be Moon Child. ^^
