Tequila (Sam: OPEN. Multiple Threads allowed)

Sam's first trip to the hotel bar was less spectacular then he thought it would be, but clearly he was too accustom to greasy spoons and random city dives, or at the very least... places more like the Roadhouse... not this fancy excuse for a watering hole

Alice had been spending more time in the bar lately. She liked the surroundings, and she didn't have to drink. More people seemed to visit the bar than any place else, which made logical sense.

She took her book with her, pushing the doors open to do a quick scan of the room.

"Sam?" Alice ran over to where he was at the bar, setting her book on the stool next to him. "Are you okay?"

She watched him drink, feeling a small victory. She turned to leave, hoping that Sam would stop drinking. If he knew that she was willing to give him very intimate details, maybe he wouldn't so much.

However, climbing off of her stool proved more difficult than what she'd anticipated, and she landed on her ass, giggling a bit to herself.

"Are you okay???" Sam blurted out, his concern blanketed in a near-snort of laughter as she plopped down on her bottom on the floor. Her burst of giggles got him chuckling as he got up, a little unsteadily, and offered her a hand up off the floor.

"I think I broke my ass," she whined, still giggling on the floor. "I'm not going to take your hand. You'll just fall down too." She laid back a little, still giggling. "We should go back to our rooms, you know. We're so pissed."

Sam burst into man-giggles when she claimed to have broken her ass. That was too good!

"I will not fall over." Sam claimed. "My balance is great.".... When he wasn't drunk.

"I'm not even really that drunk. I had water." Yeah because the water negated all the Tequila... sure.

"Fine then, help me up and see if you don't fall." She took his hand between her two tiny ones and tugged, trying to lift herself up.

"Fine. I will." He said, tugging her back up to her feet like she weighed nothing at all, only putting himself mildly off balance, but bracing himself against the counter helped fix that. He looked pretty pleased with himself.

"Okay, so you're not as bad off as I am, but you're big and I'm... not. I'm gonna go upstairs and go to bed. You take care, okay?" She blinked a little at how they were standing fairly closely, and managed to disentangle herself from him and teeter toward the door.

"Okay. I will." Sam agreed. "You take care too, shortie." He said, letting out a smug little laugh. He wasn't that much better off than she was.
