Spent all week writing the creative part of my thesis - it's basically my tale of my journey through Dungeons and Dragons. 4,000 words down (the pause on Romanticide can be attributed to this), totally raw and unedited, which puts me halfway through the creative piece, and leaves the exegesis.

This has brought you a circle of friends and actually made you put aside special time for your friends and for yourself. I think that is something many of us forget to do in our busy lives.
Overall this was a great read into how you created Zhavah, and how you have encompassed her character fully into your life and I love the quote about Legolas. I was reading this at work and started giggling at that part, had to close it down before I got told off ;D

It definitely does, and I think it's a real contrast to the myth that gamers are loners. We actually require people to make our pasttime to work, and I don't think many people would stay with a group they didn't get along with.
It's been interesting. The first 'version' of Zhavah was so different. She wore green, was cheerful (generally) and a pure thief. Now look. Black, black and more black, sulky, and a divine spell caster. How times change. And I couldn't help it with the Legolas quote, its so TRUE! And he poses, which I've dragged into my Menelion roleplay. Miss an attack? Quick, pose! Can't think of a comeback? POSE! XD
