Free Adoption Day

That's right folks, free adoption day is coming, January 24 to 300 shelters across the US. The first 10 adoptions at each of the participating shelters is free, for a total of 3,000 free adoptions across the states. They aren't just going to toss a puppy at just anyone, the usual formalities and background checks still apply.
