I've watched the first 3 episodes of Will, and it's been pretty good fun thus far. Definitely worth having a go. Very kinky show, tons of boyslash.

Kingsman I enjoyed up until the screamingly awful anal sex thing at the end, and that was so bad it just made me throw my hands up in disgust and wrecked the whole movie for me.

Thanks for the tip on Will :) I'll check it out!

The awful anal sex ending was disgusting - like I told yourlibrarian, I would have been fine if they had sex at the end, whichever kind, if it was less sickeningly sexist and creepy. I luckily can headcanon things out of the movie, so I completely ignore that part and enjoy the rest. But yeah, that was awful.

I watched Still Star-Crossed and enjoyed it, and I'm not a huge Shakespeare fan. The pilot did a super condensed version of Romeo and Juliet, then moves on to the aftermath. Prince Escalus orders Benvolio Montague and Rosaline Capulet to marry to finally seal the rift, despite his personal interest in Rosaline. It didn't get renewed, so it's easy to binge with just seven episodes.

I'm watching Preacher, but I'm behind a few episodes on the DVR. I'm liking this season much more than the first, which seemed to go in circles a lot.

THank you for the tips! That sounds like a cool premise, esp with the Prince also liking her.

I think both seasons of Preacher could be a little faster paced. I do like the moments with the main three that we're seeing, in terms of them talking about things they hadn't talked about.

I liked Still Star-Crossed... well, some characters more than others, so I want to say: keep reasonable expectations. But it's worth a try.

I actually LOVED Xmen Apocalypse :D I really liked Kingsman too.

Yes, suits is awesome. Love Mike, but he is so so ridiculous, he never learns.

Oooh fics!

Oh, Mike. At least this time, I'm less nervous since instead of "MIKE YOU'RE GOING TO DESTROY THE LIVES OF YOURSELF AND EVERY OTHER CHARACTER" it's more like "Oooh, Harvey is going to be PISSED."

Feel free to squee on the XMen movie - I am not finding many people who loved it :) I loved Pietro, I thought this Jean was the best yet in the movies, I LOVE that Raven had to deal so very uncomfortably with being a role model, so many things.

True, but he's also kind of risking being disbarred, and I think it's the cumulative effect. He said he learned from prison, but he just keeps on doing shit. He's got more lives than a cat at this point.

YES Pietro was absolutely awesome. I loved all of it. I really enjoyed how they showed the true expansive nature of Charles and Erik's powers and how devastating they could be. I loved the way Erik switched sides and helped put the mansion back together. I loved the whole beginning of Erik trying to live a normal life, and knowing all the police people as friends, the poetic symmetry, oh my heart. Yes, I loved Jean. And Raven.

I think I need to rewatch really.

Yes, Charles and Erik's powers were great here. And the moment Charles told the whole world to protect those without power - AMAZING. I really wanted more of a reaction shot from Erik. And the way Raven and Charles wanted to help Erik as soon as they found out what happened.

I agree on Mike that he's not changing - like he knows now that he cares about justice and wants it to be his priority, but he wouldn't have lied to Harvey like that in the past. Anyone else, but not Harvey. Also he just seems so comfortable lying now, like you said, and I think that's why Rachel is so worried.
