Kurt walked Mercedes up to her front door that evening. He had opened her car door for her and took her by her hand as she stood. It was a good thing he had watched so many chic flicks and romantic movies. He may not have felt confident about his feelings toward the girl, but he was confident in how to act like a gentleman. Mercedes was beaming.

I'm quite happy you decided to continue this story. Can't wait to see which direction it'll go in, especially with the notation on the rating. <<;;

I've always been interested in what Kurt would have been like had taken the "safe" route and stayed in the closet. It was a route I nearly took in high school but unlike this Kurt, I did get the "ew, boy cooties" reaction to even the thought of kissing one. Luckily, my one parent was distant, so my trip to Narnia was safe while it lasted, lol.

I'm straight, but everyone called me a lesbian in high school which actually served to make me more popular with the guys (rofl, guys are pigs) but made me practically a leper with most of the girls(especially the popular ones) which is okay because they were annoying.

There was a guy in my group of friends in high school who took this route, but he was only kidding himself if he really thought that anyone believed it for even a second. I wonder, though, if it did spare him from bullying... I never witnessed him be physically bullied, though, I did hear a lot of people bad-mouth him. I didn't really know him in high school - we were mostly acquaintances who hung out with the same people, but, we got to know each other in college. I wish I had been a friend to him in high school now, in hindsight.

lol, guys can be pigs, yes. Some aren't, though. My bff is a straight man, he's one of the normal guys though, not the kind of OMGLESBIAN dude.

College is where I learned to be out and proud, really. I lived in the gay district of Mexico City. It was incredibly freeing, even for someone from very liberal southern California as I am.

My roommate was a flame burning bright gay, who was certain no one could tell he was... well, gay. It was a running joke on campus for a semester until he came out publicly, especially since he kind of dated all the other closet cases on campus. lol

Really though... I think we can all just agree that the closet isn't happy fun times, I look forward to updates, and you're awesome. <3

I just read all four chapters. This is my favorite one so far, and I'm interested to see what happens. Like the above commenter, I'm interested in the rating changing too, heh. :) Nice work!

now that I've stumbled into the whole smut-writing with MBF and am feeling a little more confident in writing it, I can imagine that it is almost a certainty that the rating of this story will change.

THANK YOU for reading and comment... even though I chose to write this story for me, it is much more fun to write when I'm actually getting a response from other peeps.
