I remember reading this a while ago, and I was just reading one of your 1D Fics, and you're the same person! Wow, that sentence made a lot more sense in my head.

This is wonderful, and sad, and exactly what would have happened; I like how the ending makes it more realistic, even though I wish they could always live happily ever after...The characterization is spot on, and have I mentioned I love you?

Im a huge Newsies freak. Always wanted to see a Jack/Davey slash. Yay! Awesome job. Sad that it isn't one of those phony "happily ever after" ones. But it's more real.
