Well, we had a lull that lasted a couple of days.

Now it's back to working hard and getting no thanks...

Gotta love that.

Oh well...it was a much needed break.

My name is Chris Gombash and im a new recruit and speaking with my sgt i was informed that i was probably going to go that shit hole over their. And I have nothing against going over their i just have the same mixed feelings every man has about it. I'm not coming home Thursday (I think it'll be Thursday tomorrow there). I'm leaving Iraq tomorrow. It'll be a couple more weeks before I'm home. I have to spend a couple days in Kuwait and then a couple weeks in Fort Lewis (but at least I'll be back in the United States). Fort Lewis is the place I stayed before coming here the first time (in Washington).

I just wish I had my damn cellphone. :P

I'm going to be pretty silent for the next couple weeks...net access will be unlikely at best...
