Today, I did day one of Couch to 5k (for the third time, which I hear is the charm). I went 1.8 miles in 30 minutes. Not spectacular, but considering it was the first actual workout I'd done in months, I was ecstatic. I forgot to stretch afterwards, but I don't think I'll be making THAT mistake again.
