Your house is beautiful. I like it. It's got so much character. It's amazing how you're able to preserve those windows(are those capiz?). And those stained/colored glass on top of them, I don't think you can find them anymore in the market. Those are priceless. I think one can never go wrong with antiques. Aside from the history that comes with it, they can be a good investment as well. Love those botaka chairs too. Ganda.
What a lovely home! I love the wooden floor, capiz windows and the antique fixtures - reminded me of the house I grew up in. It's amazing how you were able to transform it into a more modern child-friendly home yet retaining its own unique original character. Also, you have perfectly mix antique and modern fixtures. Well done! Oh and I must say that I love love love the Yoda chair, Croissant couch and the Amaya coffee table.

we're not done and i dont think we'll ever be done.
need to change the floors downstairs, open up a wall and convert to a walk-out. build exterior walls. etc...
