Very interesting take on Morrigan and Alistair's night. In particular, I think you nailed Morrigan's character perfectly. I could see her doing this, definitely.

Although, I imagine one or both of them is going to be quite angry when they realize that Alistair's 'great' sacrifice in sleeping with Morrigan was for naught. ;)

Well I imagine that with the idea that the two Grey Wardens are going to live, Elissa would make the final blow. And die. I bet Alistair would try to find Morrigan no matter what. She did after all, lie to him, sleep with him, and let his love die.
