So, I was randomly surfing Wikipedia (and by 'randomly' I mean reading and re-reading the iCarly and Drake & Josh pages over and over) and upon surfing through the links, I found this nifty little quote in the summary for 'Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh':

I saw that too (yesterday, actually), but I'm not sure whether to believe it.

It'd be awesome if we got unaired episodoes.

I'm not sure those episodes exist, to be honest. I mean, yes, if you look there are 4 missing production codes. but fandom has had rumors of them forever, mstly from IMDB. It's not all that reliable...D&J in New York anyone?

I believe you in that it's not true. I think after seeing an interview where Josh said "I really hope we do more Drake & Josh in the future - it's possible", sort of gave me a little hope.

But yeah... it's probably not true. Unfortunately.
