It's because of the people who run that chat, they are mostly homophobic or appear to be. Also it's probably the fact that the mom of the guy that plays Scott is there usually.
I got told off for saying that I didn't like that there was no opening sequence. That is a chat that is only really for those that LOVE the show...

Yeah, Brian's mom being involved in all of this SGU stuff is breeding NOTHING but trouble. It'll just keep leading to disputes and throwdowns. Bad, bad situation waiting to happen - ESPECIALLY since she seems to be a front runner for a lot of planned chats and whatsuch.

I wasn't sure how it would go and I figured I'd give it a try before I judged it. Now I know and I know to stay away.

it is and it's super annoying that even on twitter when we point things out she gets hostile and defensive about SGU, I'm not attacking her son, I LIKE him but the show is not my fav! went to one chat session and yea haven't been back, we should start a chat where all are welcome to discuuss it in a civil way!

I'm just gonna butt in and say I AGREE! I'm a fan of the ACTORS but not the show! Like I was tweeting Brian and she was like "why are you tweeting him if you don't even like the show?"

Uhmm... MAYBE BECAUSE HE'S A NICE PERSON!? I have nothing against the actors. I just don't like the show. I can't even say ANYTHING about the show without her butting in and making it into a huge issue. WTF.
