"Yeah, you best go back the way you came."

I swear, the best part of Family Guy is the random scenes they 'announce' before showing them - I love it!

Just a few things I wanted to mention before crawling into bed and willing this tremendous headache to go away. It comes and goes, which is a bitch! I get in a groove of doing things, and then BAM, it's back and I don't feel up to doing shit! * ( Read more... )

Victor!!! Started freaking out this morning because when I looked on the schedule and didn't see a new BN on tonight. Then quickly realized it's tomorrow night. lol.

POST IT! POST IT! POST IT!

Still need to watch those clips. That is very teasing: Ooooo new shiny, but we're not gonna tell you when you get more! Ha!

Yeah, the only reason I knew it wasn't Thursday (though I kept wishing it WAS) was because of classes - being in college is usually a good way to keep track of days because well...you HAVE to!

Well, that's one vote for the paper post! LoL - If you promise to give a good serious read and critique and comment thoroughly! XP

They were good clips - made me just want more and desperate to know what's really going on...

I've watched those clips and if you pay close attention, and stop the "Main Title" clips at one precise point, you can guess who is or isn't the bad guy....

Oooo...you put Daniel through Campbell's "Hero" model?...very cool!...and MS took a printout to read?...that's even cooler!
Betcha he did too. What was the phrase CB used to describe his work...'a responsible storyteller'...and with the fact that he's done stage work and the comment CJ made about how MS marks up his script, I can definitely see him being aware of Campbell's work and how it might relate to a character he's spent 10 years creating.
And I KNOW I love to read it(not so much into the Galahad thing, although I thought connecting Daniel to Galahad definitely worked)...so email me through LJ for an address you can send a file to.

Yep, did that last spring semester for a paper in my Classical Myth class. It's posted up here on LJ (easiest to find under the daniel jackson tag) if you want to read. I'm hoping he read it. He said 'of course he would' when I asked if he would be interested in reading it. And the copy I gave him was the copy I'd turned in for the class, so it had the teacher's comments on it and everything.

And I'll be posting the Daniel vs. Galahad paper on here, since at least a few people seem interested.
