The Background of Jokes ext_184942 May 17 2009, 17:44:39 UTC
A teacher of mine once said to us (as a class)that a joke is never a joke, but a very coward way of expressing one's opinion. I may disagree with many things she taught us, but in this I've found a very deep truth. What's the problem with the people at the office? Because it's not only their attitude towards Baduk, or their attitude towards you traveling, it's a whole ensamble of "tricking" and abusing that clearly states that they do not believe in the rights of the people under them, the right to privacy or the right to a private life, which, BTW are rights clearly stated by the Human Rights Act.If I were you, I would print them out on a huge poster and paper up my cubicle with them, them maybe, to add to it, I'd copy on several post-its the right to privacy and paste them all over the place ( ... )

Hi Zsu!
thanks for your support! As usual you show your deep and accurate mind!
at the end of the day, I really don't bother for this kind of people: they have such hate and envy that it should be enough punishment to have a life like that. Hate and envy are illogical: it's like drink yourself a glass of poison hoping the subject of your feelings is the one who dies! Evil always destroy but also destroy itself in the process.

Let's go ahead! :D

Thanks my friend!

Hello, I found your blog recently accidentally when reading through Hye Yeon's blog and comments on Baduk posts. And after reading some more, I see you love Baduk very much and look at it deeply.

Your love is alive and joyful, and reading this recent post I really admire your courage for pursuing your love of Baduk despite such people making it hard for you.

I too, am like you, with a deep love and passion for Baduk and the path I've traveled and people I've met so far. Lately I had been loosing courage but reading your blog, it is reminding me of the true reason I play Baduk: to discover and express my love in life freely

Thank you. You remind me, there are such courageous, alive people everywhere even if many, many, are like the people at your job. And even if we get lost or people try to get in the way, the courage to express what we love is what will end up mattering guiding us through our life.
