So good to see you!! I don't know of any Exchanges right now, but there is the Granger-Snape 100 - http://community.livejournal.com/grangersnape100/ - where you join a team (Death Eaters or Order) and then write 100-word drabbles each week on the assigned theme. It's a nice way to write just a little bit.

Every so often, there are HP events, and folks who cannot go sign up to write/receive ficlets as consolation for not going. To volunteer to write, post something like "I am taking ten prompt requests" and your limitations ('ship, whatever); then you post the ficlets, each ficlet in a separate post.

I'm so glad to hear that you will finish A Time to Trust. I love love love your fic and I wasn't sure if it was abandoned or not. I hope you will find the time to work on it soon.
