This has been the general consensus from what I've quickly scrolled through. I have the episode downloaded and ready to go, but I'm... hesitant to watch. I know it's gonna be a rollercoaster ride of both suck and crack. :|

It was about 96% WTF with 6% of that being 'ooooo, interesting' WTF.

From what I've read it's also Merry Mastermas with the Master and special guest appearance by the Doctor. That, at least, sounds promising. It's just cracking me up that all these silly theories I came up with when reading spoilers... actually happen. It's like, whoa WHAT?

Yeah, I started giggling in the last 15mins when I was starting to make guesses as to what might happen.

...and I'm more intrigued by the Pt 2 promos, though I know bad things have to happen.

Yeah, I'm intrigued to watch the second part. I'm just... I feel like the first part wasn't so much a narrative as RTD attempting to describe what it's like to watch Doctor Who during a bad acid trip.
