I am curious about your recipe for fondant. You mentioned marshmallows? It looks really nice. How does it taste?

I used the recipe on this site http://whatscookingamerica.net/PegW/Fondant.htm it actually tastes pretty good. It doesn't taste like a marshmallow, it's just nice and silky and kind of sweet. You put a thin layer of buttercream underneath and the flavors blend well.

I might put some on the talk like a pirate day cake, except I don't know how easy it'd be to make it black to do the whole cake. Unless you don't want cake.
