I confess to having an extreme hurt!Vala/comfort!Daniel kink, and this hits it HARD. @.@ I know there's some overwhelming love for Whumped!Daniel in the Stargate fandom, but Whumped!Vala pretty much does it for me. Especially because it's obvious she sustained her injuries kicking ass and protecting Daniel, whose turn it is to protect her.

Daniel seems to have a hurt!Vala kink, too.

Also, Dr. Lam naturally assuming that Daniel would be Vala's caregiver... yeeeah, everyone thinks they've been doin' it since Season 9. ;D
