I pretty much don't have anything constructive to say besides I love it. I love this strong Daniel and the Meade family pulling together for him. Him and Betty together makes me smile because he's so happy and cute and sure of himself.
I've also got to admit, I'm glad this Chaniel bit was a scheme. Right? Chaniel's a bit off his cracker if he's starting to fall for the lie(which, it has to be, right?).

I, too, am happy that the family is still sticking with Daniel and I am still really hoping this Chaniel guy is just a nutcase who is starting to believe his own lies.

Poor Betty. I am happy that she is doing what she loves, but I am also wondering if it is one of those cases where your dream isn't exactly how you imagined it would be when turned into reality and she really wouldn't just be happier back at Mode.

Great job! Can't wait for the next chapter.

So glad you're enjoying it! The Meades would never abandon Daniel, no matter what. Would Betty ever abandon the NYRB? We'll have to see -- though I think inevitably she'd have some adjusting to do once she's out in a world where she doesn't have the boss wrapped around her little finger. :D Our girl always comes through in the end, though.
