2 days in to my new work place, and it's not going to badly. I'm getting tired quite early - it's been over a month since I last worked, and over 6 months since I last worked full time. The people have been nice so far - I met my boss yesterday, and now she's on leave for 5 weeks. I'm sort of covering for her as well as the store's full time music ( Read more... )

Bendigo is on the myki system now and I actually don't mind it. It's easier than i thought and there havent been any glitches as far as I can tell for me. very handy!

The trains in Melbourne have been on it for a while, but the buses and trams just have posters everywhere saying "coming soon...". I have no idea what their definition of soon is, but until it arrives, Myki is almost useless for me (or at least it was until this week).

And stocktake. Hoo, and indeed, rah.
