The problem with the current government amongst a lot of other things is that it frames bad laws. The anti terror laws and human rights laws have been used increasingly to curtail activity the government believes is incorrect. Basically anything it disagrees with.

This is Brown and Darling playing to the domestic gallery for a mistake they made in the first place. Brown used to have a good totally unearned reputation, given that he was amongst the worst chancellors ever. I mean he sold a large amount of our gold reserves at rock bottom prices and raided the pension funds.

I am not sure if Iceland falls under the European arrest warrant system if yes that you may see something like the Nat West three where another country extradites individuals without any recourse.
