Reading scanlations is the work of the devil. Or something. Reading about 5 chapters gave me a huge headache. Which led to very little of Tree of Heaven but the ten or so minutes I saw of ep 2 were WONDERFUL. Because this drama is only 10 eps, it moooooves. Also, a bit bizarrely, aliterati, the female lead in this looks a bit like a Korean version of you. ( Read more... )

Scanslations are evil, evil things. I've been mainlining Fullmetal Alchemist scanslations(I was taunted with future shippiness) this last week(and the last few days, I've been doing it while also watching Revolutionary Girl Utena, which has...uhm...been quite the experience) and then a couple days ago I was linked to Samurai Deeper Kyo raws and I caved as I've been looking for scanslations off and on since I learned of scanslations a year or so ago. Course, I have little idea what's going on besides the blatantly obvious, so I'm just looking for shippy stuff and making sure my loved ones aren't dying left and right.

But yeah, scanslations eat your brain and make you stare at the computer screen foreeeeevvvvveeeeeerrrrr and they never let you go.

On the FB front, I like the student council stuff, though mostly for Machi and her brother and Yuki trying to be normal.

The thing with scanlations, they make me eyes hurt like mad and eventually give me headaches. But I have no patience to wait.

Student Council stuff is OK, but I don't find Machi or her brother particularly interesting (I don't dislike them but I am not invested in them either) and I like Yuki without being into him so when he interacts with others without high drama, I tend to drift off...

Re: Yuki comment. Hmmmm. I can totally see Kyo with Tohru, but why is it that I'm still a little hung up about Yuki... I really do understand why Kyo would suit Tohru much better. But still... Heh. Silly me :/

FY is awesome.

I like Yuki, but I guess my K/T ship is helped by the fact that Kyo is my fave character :)
