First off, promo pics for the first ep of Supernatural S2 are out and they are yummy, Dean-centric and not (IMO) very spoilery. I am sure people have already seen them, but what the hell! They are here behind the cut.

How much do you know about the premiere episode of Supernatural? I wanted to discuss the pictures and what's happening.

Although I'd love to hear John tell Dean he loves him (and me might) the face Jensen's making in the first few shots is not the face of a guy who looks happy. More confused. Like his dad is telling him a secret.

I know a lot. As in I read the sides posted. I am all about the spoilers.

So I am all about discussing. :)

I was thinking (re: John's care), not just about the gun thing mentioned in the sides but about the pic where John just sits there and looks at unconscious Dean with that look on his face.

John just looks broken. Which he should. Is is possible to love and hate a charater at the same time? I hate his treatment of his boys (especially so with Dean) and yet, I really like him.

As for the pictures... I think you have them posted backwards. I'd bet the ones with Sam, Dean, and John standing around John's bed are actually just Sam and John. I think Dean's not really *there*. His spirit is supposed to be roaming the hospital while he's in a coma. Neither his dad or brother are looking at him and he's some and not others (which appear to be in the same scene). Plus, we know in the next pictures he's on a vent. Not thinking he's gonna bounce back that quick. You know what I mean?
