Yes, another Bollywood post. My apologies to everyone who couldn't care less, but Veronica Mars and BSG are both on a break :)

I have a movie to recommend: Being Cyrus. It's an Indian movie, but it's not Bollywood. It's under an hour and a half, it has no songs, and if you want sweetness and light, look elsewhere. The characters in this one are ( Read more... )

*sigh* me too. They all rock. And have you noticed everyone's earrings are really pretty too? I want them! Well I started noticing this in Veer-Zaara and BaB and then recently in Fanaa.

I'm totally in love with Bunty aur Babli! The songs are fantastic, Rani is fantastic, and Rani and Abhishek have fantastic chemistry!

I might not be able to stay away in my Bolly madness. I'll be very careful about which threads if I do go back. Or maybe bolly talk over here will be enough. Hopefully.

Even the filmmakers realize that this movie is an atrocity and try to ease the audience's burden by making large chunks of the movie too dark and poorly filmed to see. Bless them!

I got a kick out of that review.
