I knew we were flisters for a reason! ;) I love Roswell, and own all the seasons. I remember being obsessed with the sappy show as well. I actually thought it was really well written for the time. I loved Max and LIz, but I really wanted Michael and Isabella to be together. *sigh* I always seem to like the pairs that are never ever going to happen. Tis' my lot in life. :) Have a fun re-watch.

I was pretty happy with Michael/Maria, at least until the third season, when the writers gave her a bitchy personality transplant (sure, dump the guy with abandonment issues for no good reason whatsoever. Ugh).

This is onea show I have never watched! Might watch it - judging by the MVs it has a lovely OTP and I love OTPs in my shows.

Provided you keep in mind that this is a WB aka CW show and all that comes with that (largely teen-oriented), it's actually quite lovely and very romance-centric, which makes me happy. There are two OTPs for the price of one actually - there is also the secondary OTP of Michael/Maria (another alien boy/human girl pairing) which is quite lovely for most of the show.
