I'm so glad you're liking these books (you might have heard from them from me in one of my book posts)! There will be some significant shippy moments later on in the series, just you wait. Reading your posts, I feel like I should reread them ASAP. The novellas & short stories are also good.

I got to the end of Book 2! Where he totally freaks (well, he controls it well but he freaks enough for Books to notice) when she is hurt! And she tells him she loves him and he says they can't as it's a bad idea but he that he cares which for him is equivalent of a ten-minute undying love speech from a normal person. EEEE! *happy camper*

I LOVE The Emperor's Edge series! :D I can't remember whether it was book 3 or 4 - I think it was 3 - but it was shippy heaven.
