even though LSY loves KHJ we can still see an undercurrent of jung woo. She does his erase bad memories thing with her fingers, does her little jung woo rain chant and repeats the multiplication tables backwards just to pass the time.
KHJ will have demons to face too his actions led to Detective Kim dying and LSY doesn't know this if the drama tells us anything its that if you make a mistake the score will be settled, someday somehow. KHJ has his debts to settle.
I agree, JW is paying for that moment over and over again - which shows how he's grown up into a real human being. But my heart breaks for him.
And I agree about KHJ - not just that, but his mother and nurse are responsible for the kidnapping which led to SY's rape and she doesn't know that (but he does).
This was the most seamless transition from kids to adults that I've seen recently. You can really see who they were in their current adult characters. Adult Soo Yeon has that fragility and contemplative quality that the younger Soo Yeon had. And adult Jung Woo is perfection. It's my favorite Yoochun role for sure. I've such high hopes for the rest of this drama. Thanks for the recap! Looking forward to episode 6. I've the raw, but I'll wait until the subs come out.
