Yes, I also think he knows and on many blogs and discussion boards the possibility was spread that he was the person who left the document about the accident for Eun Gi. Whoelse would have this document plus everyone else (JoonHa, Hyun etc.) promised not to tell her. :-)

I was thinking about it, too. That maybe MR was the one who left the med results. He was silent during Joon Ha's lie. And if that wasn't it then just not going along with the plan would have been a tip-off.
