2. I am currently following three dramas (Faith, Nice Guy, Five Fingers). This is pretty much a perfect number because it's enough to sate my drama love while giving me enough free time for other things. And it looks like the 'three' pattern will continue for the rest of the year. Faith ends next week (

I absolutely hate nonSaeguk melos but Jo In Sung is my kryptonite. I'll watch him in anything. Chuno is so awesome! Thank you Ms. Mousie, I'll have to check out your suggestions.

Re: Choi Kang Hee. I think she's unattractive/older than her age (she looked too old for Ji Sung in PtB and she is his biological age) but tbh, it's not even that. She comes across to me as an older version of Gu Hye Sun, down to rubber faces and lack of chemistry with leading men, and we all know how I feel about that. Plus, I love my spy stories intense and yeah...that is not going to be that (with the newest description, even if they cast an actress I like, I'd likely skip).

I finished PadamPadam and liked it through to the end but yeah, no idea about recaps.

I love JRW but King of Dramas is a big no for me in every other way, from the cliche-beyond-cliche story, to the male lead (both the actor and the character) and to the fact that 'about dramas' storyline has repeatedly been done excellently elsewhere. I figure that being one of about 6 people who watched and loved Ja Myung Go clears me as far as JRW fandom goes, for not checking out KoD.

I dont mind Gu Hye Sun either tbh but alot of people dislike her acting and her face so I guess it makes sense then that Choi Kang hee is equally contentious among people. I mean ckh isnt my first choice either (or my third choice lol) but I dont hate her or her acting so unless she rly does a terrible job i wont be too bothered. tbh I'm more bothered by the difference in level of acting skill between her and Joo Won than I am by the age difference or her being too "plain" for joo won or w/e. (I honestly feel like in comedies if the heroine is too beautiful and glamorous it can be distracting from the humor for me? Like if she's supposed to be doing something humorous unless her looks are part of the humor like Jung ryeo won in salaryman the joke was often that she was disarmingly beautiful yet had a horrifying personality XD) Also are people srsly complaining Joo Won is too cute and childish in real life to portray this character in this drama? Like this guy is famous for portraying serious and dark characters by now I'd think. I

Tbh, mentally, theoretically, I want to watch Chuno, but I can never watch a full-on 100% sageuk.. it always has to be a fusion sageuk of some sort, else I can never sit through it.

Also, question: Does anyone have any fight-y/epic-y/funny faith mvs, besides the shippy ones? I dunno, I just want a laugh or an adrenaline rush~

And goddammit, the stupid tablet won't record my song >.<;;

I assure you, Chuno is fusion sageuk, not a 'regular' one like Yi San or Jumong or Queen Seon Deok.

I've seen some fighting MVs for Faith so they are out there :)

Same here with sageuks ... I really had to force myself with The Moon That Embraces The Sun. Fusion sageuk is more my thing, too.

I checked out Chuno and I liked it, I wasn't as invested in it as I was in Faith or even The Princess Man, but it was okay. Which reminds me I still have to write up a real review for TPM :)

I think Chuno is the best sageuk I've seen (MMV and all that) but Faith is the swooniest...

I watched it ... and I just can't stand LDH. So I ffw through most of her scenes alone. But I really loved JH in it. This guy can do tormented really well and I bawled at the end when he died.

Heee, LDH is one of the few kdrama actresses who I adore and will watch in anything. But I still love you, Una :)
