Eeeee, so excite. I adore the childhood actors (the only reason I watched Moon that Embraces the Sun tbh) and of course Yoo Seungho's one of my favorites as well. Not to mention its a romantic melodrama! I hope the genre's making a comeback in the kdrama world, even if I can only recall maybe three or four in the last year or so (Nice Guy, Love Rain, etc). I really miss the atmospheric epic fated love stories korean dramas used to be known for (Spring Waltz, Stairway to Heaven, etc, etc)-- even with the inherent makjang/cheese the genre is admittedly one of my favorite guilty pleasures + there have been precious few of them recently due to the trend towards gimmicky romcoms and procedurals.
LOL, you're right. But it's unfair to compare YEH and CKH together. YEH is 28, CKH 35. Of course, YEH is going to look like she does when she's in the prime of her youth, CKH is older and not ageing so well. I still hope she can show some magic with Joo Won *cross my fingers* But as an aside, whom would you have casted opposite Joo Won?
The ending to Arang took me a few days to get over. Compared to what I was expecting, it ended much better. But compared to what I was hoping for... it felt too much like Rooftop Prince to me. And how weird to be kids and remember stuff?? Oh well. I still adored the drama.
Can't wait for I Miss You. It could be a total train-wreck (like Lie To Me) but with YEH, I'm all aboard regardless!
Woah woah Yoo Seung Ho is EIGHTEEN? I totally thought he was older lol. Not that he doesnt look young but the first drama I saw him in was Arang. and I guess he seemed older than that lol. Its too bad he's the secondary guy tho, you all know how I love my noona romances hahaha XD (well when they are actual noona romances as opposed to an older lady playing a much younger woman -_-)
