I am so annoyed at In Ha to be honest. Yes ok I get it, you loved Yoon Hee, you were destroyed when when she left and so on, but these are your children!! Clearly the parents' love wasn't meant to be, they should let their children have the happy ending they couldn't have. Jun and Hana have the future ahead of them, but it's not like In Ha and Yoon Hee can start from the beginning once again.
Ugh, In Ha is pissing me off, if he goes and tells Jun that he should give Hana up so he can be happy with Yoon Hee, I will be done with his character.
Tbh, I don't blame In Ha. Ultimately, it's not illegal for Jun and Hana to hook up so I wish he'd still go ahead with the wedding but tell his kid he's fine with Hana dating Jun. I mean, they can keep things off the family registry and all that.
Thank you for the updates! I'm not watching it right now and saving it for a marathon but these caps keep me interested. The angst, the longing, the despair! Heeheehee. Excited!
Every time I think I can’t love this show more, a new episode comes along and is better than the last. I’m gonna be devastated when this is over because right now it’s really the highlight of my week. I didn’t expect to love it as much as I do.
They’re so good to and with and for each other, it just makes my heart ache. Sometimes with fictional couples, it’s hard to imagine them ever really working out, but I can see these two married forever and ever and being just adorably functional together. They work. And I love both of them equally.
I wrote a zillion words in the tags on tumblr about how the scene where she goes up and lays her head against his back just kills me in the best way. It’s such a great variation on the backhug that we see so much in kdramas. She can’t help but touch him-can’t bring herself not to-but she also can’t let herself put her arms around him. She doesn’t feel like that’s okay now, with their new relationship. She’s so totally torn between what her heart wants and what her head knows is wrong, and

It is the highlight of mine too, which is doubly surprising since I went into it not thinking much of it was going to appeal. I just love how emotionally true and rich it is, all while being understated.
Yes, Hana and Jun could certainly work long-term - can't you just see them with a bunch of kids. Whatever his faults, Jun would certainly be a better parent than In Ha (for one, because he doesn't disengage from the world, he is ridiculously straightforward).
Ooooh, link to tumblr stuff pls? Yes, that scene with all that longing and the quiet 'sorrys' - they are just such a statue of love and mute despair, it kills me.
Thanks to your recaps I decided to give Love Rain a try and I absolutely love the drama. What I love also is the music used throughout the episodes, not necessarily the Love Rain theme songs but the music played in the background. The scenary and music are both beautiful.

I have to admit I'm really curious about what they got up to in that hotel room ...
