I already LOVE LOVE LOVE it when you mentioned Harwick Lau (I felt it was tvb's loss that he switched to Mainland), to top it, Yang Mi (same girlcrush!).

Now, add the plot in, and I'm totally putting it on top of my drama list. Any idea when it'll air? Or is it still filming/in post production?

i love you so much for loving Yang Mi as much as I do. There are too few people who care about period cdramas or any cdramas! And I honestly love the Mainland actors and actresses. Who else do you like?
Besides Yang Mi, I quite like Liu Shi Shi and Tang Yan in the younger actresses, and then there's a million in the older ones.
Actors: Chen Kun, Huang Xiaoming, Yuan Hong, Hu Ge, Wallace Huo, etc.

I think if they had more subs, there would be more of an English fandom - I think that is a reason j/kdramas are so popular - subs are easy to find.

Hmmm, my list is pretty much like yours only I'd add Ady An, Liu Yi Feng, Jimmy Lin, Feng Shao Feng, Nic Tse, Fan Bing Bing etc...
