I didn't really watch much of the Oscars last night but these were my favorite wins because I love Christian Bale however weird he is (and I really like his speech, it was so rambly and random and cool) and I have adored Colin Firth since I've watched Pride & Prejudice back in 1995, plus The King's Speech was amazing. Although I haven't seen Colin Firth in The King's Speech, I was rooting for him to win because 1) have heard nothing but praises about his performance and 2) I loved his acceptance speech at the Golden Globe and was looking forward to it at the Oscars because Colin Firth = so very witty + articulate + British accent + talented = WIN!

Yay! I'm soo glad Colin Firth won! The King's Speech was such a great film. He was very compelling in it, and omg, he is awesome, I really felt for him during the movie.

BUT I cannot be objective about Colin Firth at all....
