I am going slightly batty wanting to watch Infernal Lover but having only the first 2 eps subbed so far. Thank you! I'm in the midst of translating clip 2. Who knew angst could be so much fun?

If you do want to take up learning mandarin try looking up "chinese school + (your town, district, etc)" and you might be able to find one. They're usually run by parents or volunteers of kids who are second generation chinese. The classes are inexpensive and you can join at any level. Also, the teachers usually have teaching degrees from China and was educated in the US.

The Mandarin lesson hint is very helpful - I will look into one (or craigslist). I have some time now so :)

I might have honest-to-god squealed when he PICKED HER UP IN A BURNING BUILDING. It's so ridiculous and cliche and yet totally romantic and swoonworthy all at once, JUST LIKE ALL DRAMAS SHOULD BE.

Apparently the woman who produced this was the queen of 1980s romantic melodramas - I can see why :)

My favorite part was the whole him trying to get to her as she was slitting her wrists and crawling and not being able to and banging his head on the wall. MOAR PLS.

At that point, Mr Mousie went "why are you making weird noises and hugging yourself?" LOL
