Just wanted to say that I really love to read your drama comments and look at the screenshots. I really appreciate your efforts and looking forward to them

I wonder why she doesn't go to him though - it's too complicated to do so, or worried he'll push her away, or just wanting to give him some dignity so he won't know later she saw him when he was that vulnerable. I don't know. But I wanted so badly for her just to cuddle him so he could cry on her lap.

Oh My God. ME TOO. So very, very much. I was practically dying inside myself and all I wanted was for SH to rush in and hold him. I get why she didn't but man, that would have made me feel a little better. Sniff.

I'm on a whee bit of a StS break - I've been marathoning this show hardcore and I'm exhausted. Heh - but I'm still a bit ahead so I'm looking forward to your upcoming recaps because things really start to get interesting in the next few episodes.

I know - I kept hoping she would so much - it was visceral. I hope she does at some point. Please.

I am not sure how many eps I'll be able to watch this weekend but I got partly into ep 17 and I love SH confronting JW and tell him she knows about parentage/revenge and his reaction. I love that characters talk to each other. And I think it will be a little easier for him now that he knows she knows.

Yeeeee.

I've started marathoning STS. I couldn't help it after reading your first recap. I'm up to episode 8. So good. And, judging from this recap, it'll get even better. And boy, do I love the names you gave the characters! I'm especially fond of "Cuddly" :o)

I remember reading some reviews saying that the drama spent lots of money shooting abroad but that it lacked soul for all that but I just don't see it. This drama is fantastic so far. Not as good as Chuno but Chuno is my one true love when it comes to dramas so I don't think anything will be able to compare for a while.

Alright, I'm off to watch episode 9 now!

I've seen that 'lack of heart' comment leveled at other CWK dramas (IRIS comes to mind) and I just never see that - they really make me feel, whether it's Jumong weeping over his father's body, or LBH's hands shaking as he's proposing in All In, or the entirety or IRIS etc etc. They don't spend episodes and episodes wallowing in discussions of feelings but the emotion is still there.

He does look so Cuddly, doesn't he? If I were going to nickname Jung Woo, it'd be Studly so I guess that would make them the Studly, Cuddly and Goofy trio :P

This is so good! And I really am interested in all the characters, secondaries and mains. Plus, secondary OTP!

Oh, yes, Studdly would be the perfect name to round up our trio! :o)

I too am interested in all the characters, which is rare for me in a drama. And the secondary OTP....his face when he watches her perform...but he lets her do it because he loves her so much.

Btw, totally unrelated to STS but...have you heard of Vampire Knight by any chance?

I keep wondering why the stripper girl strips - clearly she doesn't need the money. I wonder if it's a weird dysfunctional way of asserting her (emotional and practical) independence - after all, she's with a guy who periodically goes away for periods of time and that is a weird way to 'show' him she isn't dependent.

Re: VK. Yes, I used to love it. Unfortunately my ship was Yuki/Zero and that clearly wasn't happening - Kaname/Yuki was way too freaky for me - an OTP of a girl and a spirit of her ancestor in her brother's body? Eeeek.
