filmi-girl came over yesterday and I showed her the first 3 eps of Last Scandal. I'd almost forgotten how hilarious and adorable that drama is. It's one of the rare ones I can rewatch repeatedly.

In other news, there was apparently a photoshoot for various Chuno posters so here are pictures of Chuno cast striking poses and being bendable dolls.

generally I don't like period dramas. But they chose the exact trope that actually pushes my buttons - slaves. MMM.

Yeah - I always get more interested if there are slaves involved (Hong Gil Dong!) Plus, this one will be a manageable length and promises a huge angstfest (my angst craving now is being sated by IRIS but without Chuno I'd be deprived after it's over).

Btw, I know IRIS isn't really your thing, but the angsty OTP of that one is so amazing - there is this one scene where he is being hideosuly tortured and is really almost unconscious so all he keeps seeing is her weeping face. OMG.

I think they just used the rags cleaning ladies left over at the end of the night, to make the outfits.

And it is ideed Gwan Pil, playing the Big Bad - the guy who frames Hottie No.1 (i.e. noble general) and gets him turned from noble to slave and then sets Hottie No.2 (noble turned slavehunter) to chase Hottie No.1 down and kill him. So perhaps we should be grateful to him as there would be no plot otherwise.
