In other news, I am sure you've seen my drama slump lately. I am, however, out of it - no airing drama rescued me but I restarted my interrupted watch of Lee Da Hae and Jang Hyuk's Robbers yesterday after it having been nowhere near my laptop or dvd

Robbers was adorable. I thought it was flawed but lovely. It's nowhere near one of my favorite dramas, but I marathoned it obsessively and it certainly had scads of delicious romance and OTP moments.

I was just looking over my posts meself and episode 7 was HANDS DOWN my favorite of the drama.

That poster came from the KBS official blog & an insider @DCgall, and I have to say, on reading their posts... It may be the difference with in-house production or the respect/pride PD Kwak commands at KBS (I'm sure Mr X knows far more about this), but it's almost disconcerting to see how invested 'they' (the production division, or whichever interested parties @KBS) are in the success of Chuno. Not so much the ratings aspect (though of course they care about that too), but at this stage, producing not just a good drama but an excellent, high-quality, export-worthy, jewel of KBS drama. It was rather striking b/c that emotional investment element, 'we believe in this drama' just wasn't quite there with the other postings on their line-up.

If it helps, I haven't seen Dollhouse yet, either. Tim Minear coming on board in effectively the same position as he had in Firefly makes me hopeful for the season.

The whispering scene in ep 7 is one of my favourite drama moments ever in how magnetic it is. It's so simple and the chemistry and their eyes make it so beautiful.
