I could ship Takki/Ryo too - that would be even more dysfunctional than the lady detective option seeing their interactions so far :P

I'm watching this show on-and-off and very slowly. I like several things about it, but it really is one of those shows you have to watch, because so many small things can happen in a scene.

So far, my one big compliant is actually the female lead, Mizukawa Asami (Hasebe Nagisa). I've seen Mizukawa in other things and have liked her. But, I just find myself really annoyed with her acting her. I think it doesn't help that I find Hasebe to be so dumb. She's supposed to be this highly respected no-nonsense cop, but she keeps rushing into these situations that are clearly going to get her killed. I don't know, I just feel like every time she's on screen it's a waste. I literally face-palm during at least one of her scenes in every episode. Admittedly, I am not far along and a lot of the annoyance with the character comes from Mizukawa's performance. I may also change my mind later.

I really do like the show because i don't have a clue of what's gonna happen (but then bits add up and it gets you thinking...) but like i said before, Hasebe and Aoi seem so much moe naive and stupid when it comes to things. Like walkwithheroes says, instead of solving problems Hasebe creates them. (I'll give her getting Ryuzaki out 'cos if it hadn't happened then lol we wouldn't have a drama XD) Aoi, on the other hand, keeps being pulled into killing people but thankfully by episode 5 he seems to have got a backbone.

Best/worst thing is at this point i'm totally shipping Ryuzaki/Hasebe (with a possibility of Aoia s well if he continues his 'streak') and i know my luck. As in i don't have any where dramas are concerned. XD

Well, an OT3 won't happen as to any otp - hmmm, I think the chances of either Aoi or Ryuzaki surviving at the end are slim. But I don't care, I ship Ryuzaki/Hasebe too :P
