I have a scifi evening...

Mr. Mousie and I had a scifi night tonight. First we (re)watched Serenity for the umpteenth time - God, how I love this movie! The only downside is that watching it makes me so blindingly angry that 15 eps and a movie is all we got and instead we got the patheticness of Dollhouse (Dollhouse renewed, even, when Firefly wasn't. UGH

I didn't 'get' Mal/Inara until the movie, I liked what their relationship brought to the show but my shipping was for Kaylee/Simon and Wash/Me. Maybe watching the whole series in one weekend had something to do with it. But OMG after the movie a shipper was born and I had to go back and re-watch the series (such a hardship) and use my Mum's internet connection (I'd just moved into a new flat) to troll the internet for fic I could devour later. ^_^ Good times.

A scifi evening sounds like a brillant idea, I could do a Dark Knight (nope, still haven't seen it) and a Iron Man double feature.

Firefly was SO much better than Dollhouse. I haven't watched the movie Serenity for a while though *sigh*

Yeah, Dollhouse is not very good -it's quite sad it's going to get more eps than Firefly
