Resurrection - Mawang's wonderful older brother...

I have just started the amazing Resurrection, a kdrama about loss, disguises and vengeance by the same people who made Mawang (The Devil), a.k.a. the most perfectly made drama I have have ever seen

Mawang was incredible. I think alot of people were put off by it because it was so dark and/or they wanted to see Ji Hoo in a role easier to fangirl over but I absolutely loved it and I thought the ending was perfect. It affected my mood for days lol!

I was really into Resurrection too when it came out. I was so anxious to see it I ordered the dvd set from Korea! If you like revenge stories, you will definitely eat it up. And what about Uhm Tae Woong's smile.. *big sigh*

Mawang really was just something else - and yes, if you wanted to fangirl over JJH the fairytale prince, this really wasn't the drama for you, but I thought his performance was amazing.

So good.

So far Resurrection is amazing and UTW...*sigh*

YAY! I felt Ressurection might be your thing. :D I loved this drama - and it is one of the wonder dramas that started with low ratings and ended up with really high ones. So much love.

It is so good so far - I am totally in the dark as to what's going on but I don't even want to spoil myself, I love it so much!

Loved Resurrection, but the casting cracked me up - both the large overlap in casting with Mawang and the way they all seemed to playing the opposite of the character they played in Mawang. One of my favorite characters in Resurrection was far and away my least favorite character in Mawang.

Shin-hyuk's secretary (Mr. Ahn) in Resurrection. He's adorable. I felt like an idiot too because I didn't recognize him at all until he stammered a little (eating with Ha Eun). He was that awful Young Chul in Mawang - the guy who was bullied as a kid and refused to give up his revenge. I think Ju Ji Hun (ack, Oh Seung Ha) could have given it up if it hadn't been for him.

I watched the first 20 minutes of Resurrection and really liked it (except for Oh Soo's hair, but I realize it was made a couple years before Mawang) but I haven't gone back.

I couldn't make it through Mawang, but I loved UTW in Nine-Tailed Fox, as tiny as his role was. And Capital Scandal girl!!! *__*

I rec this, totally! It's somewhat confusing in the beginning as to who is doing what, but it will totally be explained.
