I am imagining a poster like that in a local multiplex and just...can't.

Of course, if DH's Maverick is remotely like in the comics, you'll never see his face, and he'll be wearing a few layers of armor...

That's what I consider a giant waste. I think they just lost themselves a customer :)

(Seriously though, I must be the only girl in the world who is not a Wolverine fan. If I could ogle DH for a bit, I might consider going, but that's about it).

Wolverine, comics or movies, only ever works for me in the mentor/father figure context.

You'd be surprised how many comic book fans hate him and think he's overrated...we're just vastly outnumbered by the brainwashed "OMG! WOLVERINE IS TEH BEST THING EVAH!" crowd. The people around him(including Maverick) have always been vastly more interesting than Wolverine himself.

This would be me. Mind you, I base this entirely on the movies and my deep and abiding love of Hugh Jackman. I cannot tell you with what anticipation I await this film with.

Also! DANCE OF THE DRAGON! I am delighted by the title alone. The plot almost sent me into conniptions.

Actually I want to watch all of those movies you've mentioned. If you didn't mention them I wouldn't know about them EXCEPT the Wolverine one.
