Eep, I feel you on the breast rejection thing - the first time Pascale clearly rejected my breast in favour of the bottle, I cried. A couple of months later, she was really sick and instinctively went for the breast, even though I was dried up by then. I was so happy I cried again.
Good luck with the shower! Bringing Pascale in the bathroom and laying her on the floor whilst I cleanse myself has worked for me at times.
