A Certain Slant of Light

I've just finished reading, A Certain Slant of Light. I missed my stop on two buses because I'd gone completely into the book. I need to find something else to read. I ususally try to buy a few books at a time so that I can jump right into the next but...yeah. :) Anyway, I enjoyed it. Maybe I'll try talking about it more later ( Read more... )

I have a reading list too. I think I'll post it actually...

Anyways, The Birth of Venus is one of my most favorites. And I was first introduced to Coelho while I was in India. One girl bought The Alchemist and it was so good that everyone on our trip ended up borrowing it and reading it. I haven't read anything else of his but I love The Alchemist so much I want to.

The Alchemist has been one of my favorite books since HS. Second to that one is Siddhartha by Herman Hesse. Both of them are highlighted and covered in notes. :) I recommend them both, especially for that time when you're first striking out on your own. That's when they came in handy for me anyway. :)

<3 I'm so psyched that someone else knows about them! I seriously carried those two around like crazy over the years. I just got my little sister to read Siddhartha. So yeah, post your list! (No pressure XD)
