I took a sick day today, and as I was feeling almost like a human in the afternoon, I (slowly) removed the remnants of the Bodacious Garden from the deck

Wow, what a difference. Maybe mats over the slick parts for the winter? though I guess that might stain, and the deck is so pretty.

It's definitely a bird-eat-bird world; they're mean buggers.
