Melinda found Alec, and then after, brought him back to her place. There's no music playing, and once again, the nebula is easily seen outside of the window. The walls have a metal fence along them, and vines grow up them.

She doesn't seem amused.

Alexander is standing with a sour look on his face, his arms crossed and looking twitchy. Around his neck is a black collar that glows with moving glyphs that seem to fade and shine depending on the light. There are scratch marks around the collar where he had obviously trying to get it off.

She stands there, looking closely at the collar. She's got a frown on her face, and moves to touch it. "Do I even want to know how the fucker got it on you?"

He sighs and sounds very annoyed at the world in general, "I was asleep."

The collar feels like solid leather and something more magical.

"Mrr. I've seen stuff like this, but I only know one or to of the glyphs..." she sighs. "Should I kill him after he fixes it?"
