Wonderful chapters

I've been checking several times a day for a new chapter and this is great. I like that Spock has successfully used Bones to get closer to Jim. I like that Spock is willing to help Jim take care of his crew -- but Kirk is making sure that Spock can work in Science which is his true love. The caring for the crew -1100 of them -- will be a lot of work but a fine challenge for Spock's diplomatic training.
I like the massage where Spock gets into Kirk's brain, but I wish Spock and Kirk get enough trust that Kirk can learn some telepathy. I like that Kirk respects Spock's diplomatic knowledge even if he is a little squicky about some of the things Spock might have done. I wonder why the squeamishness as its implied that Jim had sex for money although I wonder when this would have occurred.
Please this is great. Write more.

Glad to see another update! I enjoyed how we can see the growing trust Jim has in Spock, both by allowing the meld and consulting Spock for mission info. It really does illustrate how their relationship is becoming more intimate. Great chapter, as always.
