Sporking: Harry Snape-Malfoy, Part One

Sorry it's been a week or so. (I don't even know. xP This has been the week that never ends... But it ends in two hours! Yay!) Back to school + No meds = Cat has not been in the mood for sporking much lately. But tonight I decided that a good sporking would lift my spirits, so I decided to dig up an old fic that is probably the epitome of ( Read more... )

I have to ask if this person has only seen the movie, or if they just don't pay attention to canon. It is seventeen when one becomes of legal age, not sixteen, not nineteen. Then again, this person is doing a m-preg fic and a good deal of those fanfic writers I have to question their sanity. Not all, but a good deal.

Sorry. I honestly wasn't trying to bash the pairing Voldemort/Harry or slash. I'll also admit that "question their sanity" was not the best choice of words. I guess questioning logic skills is better. The terms don't ever mean the same thing.

Every pairing is possible with the right character development as is every plot idea with the right logic applied, if only the fanfic writer takes the time to try. Most of the m-preg fic writers I've come across are part of the mess that give the others who try such a bad rep that they don't deserve. It's kind of like a good deal of the Harry/Hermione shippers tend to give their ship a bad rep.

Again, appologies and I hope this is better worded...

Well, that or he just doesn't want to raise suspicion about how someone who doesn't work can maintain his lifestyle. xP

I'm just wondering how far their duties extend? Like, do they also send people letters about their dentist appointments? Do they remind husbands about their anniversaries? Do they send teenagers letters about how their mothers wanted them to degnome the garden that afternoon? Where does it end?

Thanks!

(Probably. I don't know if you're here from deleterius or PotterSues, but on Deleterius I had a bad habit of putting sporks down for a few weeks and then randomly picking them back up when I felt like it.)

Oh, and I'd meant to warn you in my last reply not to get too attached to Vernon. D: I don't know, I think he'd have to be fairly cleaver in order to hide Harry's magic for all of those years. At the very least, he must understand what it takes to maintain a lie.

Indeed! TBH, I think the Department of Reminders would be the most stereotypically Mean Girls job ever. What sort of person would want to work there? People who like getting involved in other people's business and talking down to them! I'd be the job (or rather the coworkers) from Hell.

Well, I'll probably return to Caroline fairly quickly, so fear not!
