I'm glad to see you're still updating! I'm seriously rooting for Drake again, now that he's making an effort. I don't know, I just keep picturing JoshIsDone!Drake and feeling like he can't possibly have a happy ending without Josh. But then I feel guilty for Sam, because he never did anything wrong. Good guys like him shouldn't finish last either.
You'll figure out what's best. =)

Listen, it's genius the way you can write these boys in such serious, painful situations, and still keep their voices so true to the Nick characters. Have I told you that already? Doesn't matter, you should hear it again because it's true.

Ch 22 is at beta, ch 23 is in progress. Ch22 is good if you like Drake. Ch 23 is for my Sam lovers, with a dash of Drake from Josh's pov. You'll like it. :D until then there's other stuff to keep you busy.

So I found this through a series of searches for good Drake/Josh stuff, and I am so happy I found your little treasure! I just got into reading Drake/Josh because I always felt a little dirty because well, the ARE Nickelodeon characters, lol, but I finally caved in, and I have to say this story is by far the best I have read. You've heard it all before, but it is absolutely amazing, for so many different reasons. The characterization is wonderful, and I like that things are happening realistically and at the right pace. I hate stories where everythings shitty for a while and then all of a sudden theres some cheesy part where they profess their love for each other and everything is ok. I also like the whole way you deal with the step-brother thing, because so many stories kind of gloss over the fact that the ARE step-brothers and that that is not exactly normal and is problematic. Anyway, point is, this story is amazing, and I sincerely hope you continue it at some point.
