Aww jeez. That was adorable! I've never seen Roswell, but I really enjoyed that. I like how even though you based it off of something else, Drake and Josh were still in character.

I am so glad that you liked it! Thats sort of the point - that its based off something else but that it still comes off as believable as them. I am SO pleased that you felt I managed it.

Ahh crap, I don't watch too much television, but I will say perhaps a show that requires something extreme, like Buffy the Vampire Slayer for the supernatural, or M*A*S*H for dealing with war time situations. Perhaps something along those lines? Stargate would also probably be pretty cool.

Aww I love Roswell. Especially the pilot. And Josh being all gentle and wanting to protect Drake is totally in character! I really enjoyed it. It was angsty, but not incredibly sad like "When the music Stops," which I also like.

Everyone who's seen it loved the pilot. I can go a step further - I loved the books. I loved writing Josh in Max's role because it really felt like they could have traded. It was so much fun.

I barely remember Roswell but I loved how you incorporated it into D&J. It was utterly fantastic the love that Josh had for Drake.

I remember Roswell, I remember crying through the entire Pilot ep, it was so beautifully written. (Damn you, Katims, for slacking off after the first season!) But darlin, this was just as beautifully written - the same deep emotion, the same longing, the same "Drake/Liz amazed that someone like Josh/Max found him valuable, worth saving" pathos - dayum! Now I'm wishing this weren't part of a "5Things" series, but rather a reinterpretation of all my favorite Roswell eps. *cough*Sexual Healing*cough* OK, so your other ideas for the series will be awesome too, but think about it - "SH" w/D&J? "Leaving Normal" w/D&J? Le sigh. clappies!!!

I am so glad you liked it. Your fic is really really hard for me to write. Seriously. I wish it wasnt but it was so you just have to trust that everything I write is for you. At best I think all I'm going to be able to get you is a m/m/f drabble. Fic!Marla's nice but I dont know that she can carry a full story. Until then, I hope this satisfying you.
